A couple years ago, Master Strongheart posted blog's called Five Words Friday.  I loved it!  It forced me to think about goals, write them out and then successfully complete them.  I feel that putting opinion and goals out loud/ sharing them holds me accountable and upon completion makes me feel good.  With that being said, what are your 5 goals for October?

  • Five Goals for October:

    Figure out some new healthy/fun recipes

    Continue to try and stay fit both indoors and out as the weather changes

    Make new black belts

    Try something I have never tried before...not sure what yet :)

  • switch from aperture to lightroom, start learning photoshop; teach black belt forms to black belts; workout everyday; be more organized and USE the software i have for that :)

  • I'll have to think about this

  • My five goals are:  do my absolute best with my belt test, try a new recipe, check out a new dog park, read a new book and reconnect with some old friends.
