*from fbook page*Day whatever of stretching for 15 min. Somewhere in there I missed one day - only one. Yup. Can clearly tell. No longer so stiff when I get out of bed in the am. I used to be reasonably flexible. I can be that again. For my health, I need to be that again. This book is amazing. Board Breaking Seminar at Mercer Island Martial Arts

June 6, 2012 from 7pm to 7:45pm
Back by popular demand we will be having a board breaking workshop.  The cost for the workshop is $25 per person and you must have your own re-breakable boards.  We will provide each participant with wooden boards to break at the end of the workshop.Note: teens will need to come to the earlier 6:15pm class on this day for their regular workoutSee More
