Mercer Island Martial Arts Presents:
Mom & Me martial arts, custom designed for you and
your child. (dad’s and nannies welcome too!).
Classes focus on motor skills, social skills, kindness
and respect. Great learning and bonding activity to
do along with your 2 to 3 year old.
Obstacle courses, yoga, stretching, breathing,
running, jumping, laughing together!
